Your Body - Your Heart - Your Mind -Your Soul
There are four areas that are absolutely essential to human happiness: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Simple things you can do everyday to improve those four areas and live happier:
1. Physical (your body):
cut down on fat, sugar and salt.
2. Emotional (your heart):
Make phone calls, send messages, visit someone, connect with family, friends, and others.
Shift your focus out of yourself to others.
3. Intellectual (your mind):
Read a good book, listen to sentimental music.
4. Spiritual (your soul):
Spend some time in silence every day to pray, to reconnect with yourself and your God.
